He will work closely with the leadership team to further strengthen the hotel’s positioning as one of the capital’s leading luxury hospitality destinations for business, leisure, weddings, and large-scale events.
With over 16 years of experience in hospitality sales, marketing, business development and customer relationship management, Singh will lead the hotel’s commercial strategy, focusing on revenue growth, market expansion and guest engagement.
Singh began his hospitality career with The Leela Ambience Gurgaon before joining Marriott International in 2017 as Senior Sales Manager – Market Sales. Since then, he has held progressive leadership roles within the Marriott portfolio, including at Le Méridien Gurgaon, where he played a key role in driving business performance across corporate, MICE and catering segments.
Throughout his career, Singh has built expertise in strategic sales planning, stakeholder management, market development and team leadership. He is recognised for his people-centric leadership approach, with a strong emphasis on mentoring talent, fostering collaboration and creating opportunities for professional growth.
His achievements have been recognised through several industry and company accolades, including multiple APEC President’s Circle Awards, Elite – Sales Team of the Year 2024, Elite – Sales Leader of the Year 2025, and Manager of the Year at The Leela Ambience Gurgaon. He has also been acknowledged for developing and mentoring sales professionals across Marriott properties in North India.
