Before joining Grand Hyatt Gurgaon, Phogat served as Director of Sales at Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity. Her professional journey also includes key leadership roles with The Westin Resort & Spa Gurgaon, ITC Hotels, Hyatt Regency Delhi, and The Leela Ambience Gurugram.
In her new role, she will oversee the hotel’s sales and marketing operations, focusing on commercial strategy, revenue growth, brand visibility, customer relationships, and market expansion. She will also play a key role in strengthening the hotel’s position as a premier destination for business, leisure, weddings, and events.
