Jatin joins Courtyard by Marriott Agra from The Roseate Hotels & Resorts, New Delhi, where he served as Director of Food & Beverage. His professional journey spans some of India’s leading hospitality brands, including The Oberoi, Taj Hotels & Resorts, The Leela Ambience Hotel & Residences, and DLF Hospitality & Recreational Club.
Over the years, Jatin has developed a strong foundation in hotel operations, service delivery, revenue generation, team development, and guest engagement. His experience includes overseeing food and beverage operations, developing innovative dining experiences, strengthening service standards, managing costs, and building high-performing teams. His accomplishments also include contributing to top TripAdvisor rankings, delivering premium banqueting experiences, and supporting the execution of high-profile conferences and events.
In his new role, Jatin will oversee hotel operations with a focus on delivering seamless guest experiences, strengthening operational performance, and upholding the high standards of hospitality associated with the Courtyard by Marriott brand.
