A Marriott veteran since 2009, he has held key finance leadership positions at Courtyard by Marriott Gurgaon, JW Marriott Hotel New Delhi Aerocity, The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi, and The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa. Most recently, he served as Cluster Director of Finance for Le Méridien Ahmedabad and Courtyard by Marriott Raipur.
Recognized for strengthening financial operations and driving process efficiencies, Kumar has received several accolades, including Marriott International’s APEC Finance Leader of the Year Award 2023 and the South Asia Talent Development Leader Award 2025. In his new role, he will oversee financial strategy and operations at Le Méridien Gurgaon, Delhi NCR.
