The event showcases authentic Cypriot cuisine through specially curated menus crafted by Chef Gagandeep and Cypriot culinary consultant Chef Eleni Michael, highlighting traditional Mediterranean flavours enhanced with premium Coração Do Vale Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
The inaugural evening welcomed food enthusiasts, diplomats, and industry guests, including H.E. Evagoras Vryonides, High Commissioner of the Republic of Cyprus, and Raksha Kotian, Business Head, Leads Brand Connect for Coração Do Vale. Guests experienced a thoughtfully designed multi-course menu featuring classic Cypriot mezze, handmade pasta, slow-braised lamb, stuffed vegetables, and traditional desserts, paired with Cyprus coffee and fresh mint tea.

The event also marks the debut edition of ‘World On A Plate by Coração Do Vale’, a new gastronomic series celebrating global cuisines through immersive culinary experiences. The initiative aims to spotlight international food cultures while showcasing the role of premium ingredients in creating authentic dining experiences.
