The luxury serviced apartment group, continues to grow its international portfolio through management contracts and recently moved into the branded residences sector with properties in London and Dubai.
Ms Antonenko joins Cheval Collection from Keystone Law, where she was a Partner specialising in hospitality. She brings more than 20 years’ cross-border hospitality experience, combining in-house legal leadership at InterContinental Hotels Group with partner-level private practice advising leading international hotel brands, owners, developers and operators, including Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International and Cycas Hospitality.
She specialises in hotel management, franchise and development agreements, portfolio restructuring, conversions, hotel operations and has advised on complex international transactions across EMEA. Recent mandates include advising Wyndham Hotels & Resorts on brand expansion and development partnerships across South Asia. Ms Antonenko has been recognised in the Lexology Index as a Global Leader in Hospitality.

The opening of the Cheval Maison – Expo City Dubai in March 2025 expanded Cheval Collection’s portfolio to more than 950 units. Cheval Ladun Living, the group’s first property in Saudi Arabia, is scheduled to open in Riyadh in 2027, followed by Cheval Maison Sulaymaniyah, located close to King Salman Park in the heart of Riyadh, in 2028.
