#First Opinion
“The next six months will be a defining period for hospitality. Hotels are hitting record room rates, but the real challenge is making sure the guest experience keeps up. Fast expansion, cost cutting and talent shortages are all taking a toll on service standards and on the brand promise itself. The future of hospitality won’t belong to whoever has the biggest portfolio or the highest room rates. It will belong to whoever creates a memorable experience through good food, warm service, thoughtful design, music and storytelling. Guests aren’t buying brands any more, they are buying experiences.”
