TAAI honours Dr. Subhash Goyal with Lifetime Achievement Award
Dr. Subhash Goyal, Chairman, STIC Travel Group, received the ‘Legend of Excellence’ Lifetime Achievement Award at TAAI’s 75th anniversary celebrations, held at ITC Royal Bengal, Kolkata, on October 26, 2026, recognising his outstanding contributions to India’s travel and tourism industry.
ITC Hotels reports 52% PAT growth, expands portfolio
ITC Hotels reported strong Q2 FY27 performance, with consolidated revenue from operations rising 26% to ₹1,054 crore, EBITDA increasing 37% to ₹337 crore and PAT surging 52% to ₹203 crore. Occupancy reached 76%, while RevPAR grew 21%. Continuing its expansion, the company signed 20 hotels during H1 FY27, taking its managed pipeline to 84 properties with approximately 8,200 keys. The company also completed its Welcomhotel Ahmedabad acquisition.
