Suba Hotels strengthens its presence in Lucknow with Quality Inn SerenitySuba Hotels strengthened its footprint in Uttar Pradesh with the opening of Quality Inn Serenity, Lucknow. The new property marks the company’s seventh hotel in the city and its third hotel under the Choice Hotels portfolio in Lucknow, complementing its existing presence through three Click Hotels and one RnB Select hotel.

The launch underscores Suba Hotels’ continued commitment to expanding its hospitality network across high-potential business, leisure and emerging tourism destinations in India.

Strategically located at Ashiyana, near Transport Nagar and Kanpur Road, Quality Inn Serenity offers convenient access to Lucknow’s key commercial establishments, healthcare facilities, shopping destinations and transportation hubs. The hotel is approximately 6 km from Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport and around 7 km from Lucknow Railway Station, making it a convenient choice for domestic and international travellers.

Contemporary Accommodation and Guest Comfort

Designed to meet the evolving needs of modern travellers, Quality Inn Serenity features 36 well-appointed rooms, comprising 27 Executive Rooms, 6 Deluxe Rooms, and 3 Premium Rooms.

Each room is thoughtfully equipped with contemporary amenities, including complimentary Wi-Fi, central air-conditioning, comfortable premium bedding, tea and coffee-making facilities, electronic safes and essential guest conveniences.

The hotel also offers a range of services, including a 24-hour front desk, housekeeping, laundry, travel assistance, doctor-on-call facilities, parking and taxi arrangements, ensuring a comfortable and seamless guest experience.

Dining, Meetings and Corporate Facilities

Catering to both business and leisure travellers, Quality Inn Serenity features a banquet and conference facility suitable for corporate meetings, training programmes, business gatherings and social events.

The hotel also houses Cinnamon, a 50-cover multi-cuisine restaurant serving a selection of Indian and international dishes. Operational from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., the restaurant provides a welcoming dining experience for resident guests and visitors alike. In-room dining services further enhance guest convenience.

With its strategic location, contemporary accommodation, dining options and meeting facilities, the hotel is well-positioned to serve corporate travellers, individual business guests, medical tourists, leisure travellers, travel trade partners and small groups.

Leadership Perspectives

Commenting on the opening, Mansur Mehta, Managing Director, Suba Hotels, said:

“Lucknow continues to emerge as a significant hospitality market, supported by growing commercial activity, infrastructure development and increasing domestic travel. The opening of Quality Inn Serenity marks an important milestone as we expand our presence to seven hotels in the city.”

“We see tremendous opportunities across corporate travel, medical tourism, leisure, FITs and group segments. Our focus remains on delivering comfortable accommodation, convenient facilities and personalised hospitality while strengthening our relationships with guests and business partners. We are confident that Quality Inn Serenity will become a preferred accommodation choice for travellers visiting Lucknow.”

Highlighting the company’s growth strategy in Uttar Pradesh, Mubeen Mehta, Chief Executive Officer, Suba Hotels, stated:

“Uttar Pradesh represents one of the most promising hospitality growth markets in India, driven by infrastructure development, expanding business opportunities and the remarkable growth of religious and cultural tourism.”

“Lucknow plays an important role as a regional business and travel hub, with connectivity to prominent destinations such as Ayodhya and Varanasi. The increasing movement of corporate travellers, tourists and organised groups presents strong opportunities for quality branded accommodation.”

“Our continued expansion in Lucknow reflects our confidence in the long-term potential of this market. We remain committed to growing our portfolio through strategic partnerships, while maintaining consistent service standards and creating value for our guests and hotel owners.”

Expressing his enthusiasm about the partnership, Surya Prakash Havelia, Managing Director, Jwaladevi Infratech, said:

“We are delighted to collaborate with Suba Hotels Ltd and become part of the internationally recognised Choice Hotels portfolio with the launch of Quality Inn Serenity, Lucknow.”

“This association represents our shared vision of offering quality accommodation, contemporary facilities and warm hospitality to travellers visiting the city. We believe Suba Hotels’ extensive sales and distribution network, brand expertise and operational capabilities will help establish Quality Inn Serenity as a preferred hospitality destination in Lucknow.”

“We look forward to a successful and long-term partnership.”
