With over 13 years of rich experience in the hospitality industry, Praveen brings with him a strong background in human resource management, organisational development, and employee engagement.
Over the years, Praveen has been associated with leading hospitality brands including Ramada, Radisson, Holiday Inn, ITC, and Hyatt Place Haridwar, where he gained extensive expertise in manpower planning, talent acquisition, performance management, payroll administration, statutory compliance, and employee relations.
Prior to joining ExpoInn Suites and Convention, he was associated with Ramada by Wyndham Gurgaon Central from March 2022 to July 2025. He has also successfully handled HR leadership roles at Country Inn & Suites Saket and Holiday Inn Panchkula as Unit HR Manager, contributing significantly towards operational excellence and workforce development.
