Patrick Lan brings over 20 years of international experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, with expertise spanning commercial strategy, sales, marketing, revenue management and hotel operations across luxury and upscale resorts. Throughout his career, Patrick has held senior leadership positions with leading international hotel brands across Mauritius, Africa and the Indian Ocean. Prior to joining Marriott Mauritius as VP of Sales & Marketing, he spent ten years with Radisson Hotel Group, where he led commercial performance across multiple resorts while also supporting operational excellence, driving business growth, market expansion and strategic partnerships throughout the region.
In his new role, Patrick oversees the sales and marketing strategy for the Marriott Mauritius branded properties, The St. Regis Le Morne Resort, The Westin Turtle Bay Resort & Spa, and Le Méridien Île Maurice. His mission includes building a high-performing team, strengthening consumer and trade partnerships and positioning Mauritius as one of the world’s leading luxury resort destinations.
