Dedicated to its commitment to improve its employees’ experiences and offer great business and networking opportunities, Amaresh Tiwari and his team ensured that Indian MICE Agents would not miss the most important and largest MICE event. They negotiated a reasonable participation fee for its members at the Incredible India pavilion. In addition, the Ministry of Tourism sought special permission and intervention from the MEA to expedite the visa process in time for the event.
“MICE took a big hit during Covid, and now we all must make up for the lost time. IMEX Frankfurt provides an excellent platform for those engaged in the business of events and meetings, and that’s why we ensured a substantial delegation of ICPB members attended the show this year. The Ministry has also generously allotted us funds to host an ‘India Evening’ in Frankfurt. Furthermore, light snacks will be served on all three evenings of the show at the India Pavilion. We want the world to know that India is second to none in hosting stylish events. In fact, in many ways, we have an edge over the rest,” Amaresh Tiwari states.
Sharing his views, Girish Kwatra, Hony. Secretary, ICPB, said, “India is participating in IMEX Frankfurt after a hiatus of four years, and it’s historic in many ways. This is the first time that India has taken a booth space of 150 sq. m, which is primarily due to the large participation. The Indian delegation is being led by M.R. Synrem, IAS, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Tourism. I am confident and looking forward to meaningful business meetings and networking opportunities at the show. We already have a lot of appointments set, and it seems like we have three busy days ahead.”
IMEX Frankfurt is scheduled to take place from May 22 to 25, 2023.
