
Dwivedi brings over a decade of experience in luxury hospitality and food and beverage operations, having held leadership roles with renowned hospitality brands including Hyatt Regency Gurgaon, The St. Regis Mumbai, The Leela Palace Chennai, Novotel, Marriott, and Taj Hotels. His expertise spans restaurant and bar management, menu engineering, revenue optimisation, cost control, team leadership, and guest experience.
Prior to joining Roseate House New Delhi, he served as Food & Beverage Manager (HOD) at Hyatt Regency Gurgaon, following successful tenures at The St. Regis Mumbai and The Leela Palace Chennai.
Throughout his career, Dwivedi has earned several industry accolades, including the People & Judge’s Choice – HCP F&B Leader Award 2025, while leading award-winning restaurants and driving record revenues across multiple luxury hotel properties.
