Beginning his career in Food and Beverage Operations, His career began in Food and Beverage Operations, where he spent over 12 years honing his operational and guest service expertise before transitioning into Human Resources and Learning & Development, building a strong foundation in people leadership and organizational excellence.
Prior to joining Navi Mumbai Marriott Hotel, Ashish served as Senior Director – Learning & Development at The Leela Hotels, leading strategic learning, leadership development, and talent initiatives across multiple hotel properties. His professional journey also includes leadership roles with Chalet Hotels and The St. Regis Mumbai, marking a welcome return to Marriott International.
In his role as Assistant Director – Human Resources, Ashish will oversee key people initiatives, including talent acquisition, associate engagement, learning and development, performance management, compliance, and workforce planning. He will play a pivotal role in fostering a high-performance culture while further strengthening the hotel’s commitment to associate growth and development.
Beyond his professional responsibilities, Ashish enjoys playing table tennis and cricket, reflecting his passion for teamwork, discipline, and continuous growth.
