Announcing the growth roadmap, Akshay Gupta, Executive Director, Tivoli Hospitality Group, said the upcoming pipeline will take the company into its next stage of scale, with Sohna, Noida and Rajasthan among the markets linked to its wider growth strategy. The group is also exploring other destinations with the potential to generate business across weddings, leisure, corporate travel and large-format events.
Tivoli Hospitality Group currently operates 15 hospitality assets across Delhi NCR and North India. The 10-property pipeline represents a significant expansion of its existing footprint and signals a more diversified approach to future development.

“We are entering a new phase of growth with 10 properties at different stages of planning and development. The focus is not simply on adding more assets, but on creating a future-facing portfolio. We want technology, responsible resource use and stronger operating efficiencies to be considered much earlier in the development process, while Wedcation and MICE will remain important engines of demand,” said Gupta.
The company plans to bring a stronger technology layer into its upcoming portfolio, spanning guest engagement, event coordination, service delivery, internal processes and resource management. The objective, according to the group, is to improve both the guest journey and operational responsiveness as the portfolio expands.
Sustainability is also expected to influence the planning of future projects, with location-specific measures being considered across energy efficiency, water use, waste management and resource optimisation. Rather than adopting a uniform template, Tivoli intends to assess interventions according to the scale, geography and operating requirements of each asset.
“Hospitality development is changing, and future assets will have to be more intelligent in how they use resources and more agile in how they serve guests. Technology and sustainability cannot sit on the sidelines of the conversation anymore. For us, the opportunity is to integrate practical solutions that improve efficiency while creating long-term value for each property,” Gupta said.
The next phase will also see Tivoli push its Wedcation concept further as demand grows for multi-day residential weddings. The group is looking beyond the conventional venue format towards hospitality destinations where rooms, dining, celebrations, entertainment and leisure can form part of one connected experience.
“The wedding business is becoming far more experience-oriented. Families are looking at the complete journey of their guests, not only the main ceremony. That gives hospitality companies an opportunity to rethink how residential celebrations are designed, and we see considerable headroom for Wedcation to evolve further,” Gupta added.
MICE is expected to become another stronger pillar of the upcoming portfolio. Tivoli is looking at adaptable hospitality formats capable of hosting conferences, leadership retreats, corporate offsites and residential business gatherings while also catering to weddings, leisure and social demand at other times of the year.
The company recently announced Midori by Tivoli in Karanki, Sohna, Gurugram, where development work has commenced. The project is among the latest additions to Tivoli’s broader expansion momentum.
With 15 operational hospitality assets and 10 additional properties moving through planning and development, Tivoli Hospitality Group is now looking to scale through a mix of new-market opportunities, diversified demand and more future-ready hospitality formats.
“Our next chapter will be defined by how thoughtfully we grow. We want to build destinations that can respond to changing patterns in weddings, business travel and leisure, while becoming smarter and more resource-conscious in the way they operate. That is the direction of Tivoli’s new expansion phase,” Gupta conclude
