Mumbai’s dining landscape continues to evolve as diners increasingly seek restaurant experiences that offer both culinary authenticity and a sense of discovery. Responding to this appetite for distinctive Pan-Asian dining, Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach has announced an exclusive culinary collaboration between Sampan, its signature Pan-Asian restaurant, and HONK, the award-winning Pan-Asian restaurant at Pullman New Delhi Aerocity.
Taking place from 5th to 13th September 2026, the HONK x Sampan culinary takeover will bring HONK’s culinary identity to Mumbai, offering guests the opportunity to experience its celebrated flavours and signature creations in Sampan’s setting.
The collaboration brings together culinary expertise from the two Accor properties, with Chef Muktan, Chef Penpa and Chef Hari coming together for the special experience. The chefs will showcase a selection of Pan-Asian preparations that draw on authentic techniques while incorporating contemporary culinary interpretations.
The showcase features some of HONK’s signature preparations including Lotus Stem with Water Chestnut and XO Sauce, Wok-Fried Silken Tofu, Korean Fried Chicken, Xinjiang-Style Baby Lamb Ribs, Jackfruit Rendang, Chengdu Lamb and Udon Kemao. Together, the dishes showcase HONK’s distinctive approach to Pan-Asian dining, bringing together bold flavours, regional influences and time-honoured techniques.
