Available from October 11 to October 19, 2026, the festive offerings bring together wholesome ingredients, comforting Indian flavours and refined culinary techniques, creating a meal that honours the spirit of the occasion while making it a memorable dining experience.
Known for its vibrant setting and soulful Indian cuisine, Dhaba presents a specially curated Navratra menu that moves beyond the familiar, bringing together an assortment of delicacies that celebrate the richness and versatility of fasting-friendly ingredients.
The Navratra menu has been carefully curated by the culinary team at Dhaba, with close attention to the ingredients, flavours, textures, and nutritional balance of the meal. The experience begins with Thandai, a nourishing blend of milk, nuts and saffron, followed by Kandhari Paneer Tikka, where cottage cheese, yogurt and aromatic spices come together in a delicately spiced preparation. Jimikand ke Kebab, made with yam and prunes, adds a subtly sweet and earthy note to the feast. The main course brings together comforting classics like Paneer Makhani, enriched with dry fruits, Aloo Jeera, delicately tempered with cumin, and a fragrant Pumpkin and Coconut Curry. The Kacche Kele ki Kadhi, pairing raw banana with yogurt, water chestnut flour and curry leaves, adds another layer of traditional flavour to the meal. For the accompaniment, Samak Chawal Lemon Rice brings together barnyard millet, cumin and spices, served alongside crisp Kuttu ki Poori. The meal is complemented by Roasted Walnut Raita, Kachumber Salad and Sabudana Papad, offering a balance of textures and flavours. The feast concludes on a sweet note with Kaddu ka Halwa, a comforting preparation of pumpkin, milk and nuts.
More than a festive meal, the Navratra spread at Dhaba is an invitation to pause and savour the spirit of the season. As the nine forms of Goddess Durga are celebrated through Navratri, each representing a different expression of strength and grace, the feast draws inspiration from the same sense of balance.
With every preparation thoughtfully put together, the menu celebrates the ingredients traditionally embraced during the fasting period while allowing their natural flavours to take centre stage.
