With over a decade of experience across hospitality and education, Bhakuni has worked with reputed brands including The Oberoi, Taj Hotels, Radisson, Vana, Hyatt and Louvre Hotels Group. His career spans frontline F&B operations, restaurant management, academia and specialised learning & development roles.
Before joining The Savoy in January 2025, he served as Cluster Training Manager at Park Plaza Delhi CBD Shahdara and Mahagun Sarovar Portico Suites, and spent nearly six years as an Assistant Professor at Uttaranchal University, where he also headed the Training & Placement Cell and contributed to the university’s A+ NAAC accreditation.
An MBA in Human Resources & Marketing, Master of Hotel Management and graduate of IHM PUSA, Goa, Bhakuni combines academic depth with practical hospitality expertise. His achievements include Best Mentor in Hotel Management, Best Training Initiative, Employee of the Quarter recognition, and contributions to NPS improvement, Grooming and Service Culture Audit performance, employee engagement and structured learning programmes.
