The Association will continue to focus on strengthening safety practices and professional standards, expanding training and capacity building, promoting responsible and sustainable tourism, supporting destination development and engaging with government and industry stakeholders on policies that enable the responsible growth of adventure tourism.
With India increasingly recognised for its immense adventure tourism potential, ATOAI believes that the next phase of growth must be accompanied by greater professionalism, stronger safety systems and a clear commitment to protecting the natural and cultural environments in which adventure tourism operates.

For more than three decades, the Association has brought together adventure tour operators and tourism professionals with a shared objective of building a stronger and more credible industry. Its work has consistently centred on improving standards, promoting safety and sustainability, supporting professional development and creating constructive engagement between the industry and government.
The new leadership will take this legacy forward with a renewed focus on collaboration, innovation and responsible growth.
