Bringing extensive leadership experience across IHG properties in South West Asia and India, Suprabhath takes on the role with a focus on strengthening the resort’s operations, guest experience and continued growth.
Suprabhath brings a strong track record within IHG, most recently serving as the Opening General Manager of the first voco hotel in the South West Asia (SWA) region, a position he has held since April 2024. His previous IHG leadership roles include General Manager at Holiday Inn Mayur Vihar, Executive Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage at Crowne Plaza Nairobi, and Director of Food & Beverage at Holiday Inn Mayur Vihar.
During his tenure at Holiday Inn Mayur Vihar, Suprabhath was also designated as the Regional Champion (West) for R&B for IHG Hotels in India, reflecting his contribution and leadership within the organization.

In his new role, Suprabhath will provide strategic and operational leadership for the resort, with a focus on strengthening its market position, driving operational excellence and delivering consistent experiences for guests. His appointment also supports Holiday Inn Resort Kathmandu, Budhanilkantha’s continued development as a leading hospitality destination in Kathmandu.
With his diverse experience across hotel operations, food and beverage and new hotel openings, Suprabhath looks forward to working with the resort team and building on its foundation as it continues to grow within Kathmandu’s evolving hospitality landscape.
