
ICPB launches Certified Conference Specialist Programme
India Convention Promotion Bureau (ICPB) will conduct its Certified Conference Specialist (CCS) Programme on August 17–18, 2026, at Novotel New Delhi City Centre. The two-day certification programme aims to upskill MICE professionals through expert-led sessions covering conference planning, event bidding, PCO operations, venue sourcing, government policies, association and exhibition management, budgeting, negotiations and corporate events. The registration fee is ₹6,000 plus GST for ICPB members.
flyadeal to launch Riyadh–Mumbai flights
Saudi low-cost carrier flyadeal will launch five weekly flights between Riyadh and Mumbai from October 3, 2026, adding more than 7,400 seats monthly. Mumbai will become the airline’s second Indian destination after Hyderabad. Operated with 186-seat Airbus A320neo aircraft, flights will run on all days except Tuesdays and Fridays. The service will also offer convenient Riyadh connections to Jeddah, Madinah, Dammam and other Saudi cities.
SaveSage partners with IndiGo BluChip for bill payment rewards
SaveSage has partnered with IndiGo BluChip, enabling users to earn rewards on credit card and utility bill payments through the SaveSage app. Members can earn one IndiGo BluChip for every ₹1,000 spent on eligible bill payments, up to 1,000 BluChips monthly. The rewards can be redeemed for eligible IndiGo flights and other programme benefits. The feature is available immediately to all SaveSage users across India.
Etihad Guest partners with STARLUX Airlines’ COSMILE
Etihad Guest has launched a frequent flyer partnership with Taiwan-based STARLUX Airlines’ COSMILE loyalty programme. From August 4, Etihad Guest members can redeem miles for Business and Economy flights across STARLUX’s network, including destinations in Asia, North America and Europe. Later this year, reciprocal earning and redemption benefits will be introduced, enabling COSMILE members to access Etihad’s global network of more than 100 destinations.
