Naveen Kundu acquires majority stake in VOYAGE 1
Travel industry veteran Naveen Kundu has acquired a majority stake in Dubai-based destination management company VOYAGE 1, integrating it with Tourism Futures.AI. Kundu will lead the combined business as Chairman and CEO alongside the founding team. The group currently operates across the UAE, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Vietnam, Japan and several African markets. It now plans expansion into Switzerland, the Nordics, Thailand and the Americas, building a technology-driven global destination management network.
TOFT Wildlife Awards set for December 14, 2026
The 9th TOFT Wildlife & Nature Tourism Awards will be held on December 14, 2026, at Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya, New Delhi. The event will bring together leaders from tourism, conservation, hospitality, government and local communities. Themed “Nature Positive Travel: Driving Conservation, Empowering People”, the awards will recognise organisations, destinations and individuals demonstrating excellence in responsible tourism, community engagement, wildlife protection and sustainable, nature-positive development across the Indian subcontinent.
