How has the India AI Impact Summit 2026 influenced your hotel’s performance in terms of occupancy, tariffs, and overall business momentum?
The India AI Impact Summit 2026 worked very well for us. We were at full occupancy during those days, and room rates were higher because of strong international demand. The overall activity in the hotel also gave a good push to our first-quarter performance and showed that Delhi is again a strong destination for global events.
With weddings and IPL matches driving demand, how are you leveraging this period to maximise occupancy and revenue opportunities?
With weddings and IPL matches happening together, we focus on smart pricing and managing our rooms carefully. On busy dates, we prioritise premium rooms and packages instead of just filling all rooms at lower rates. We also customise food, beverage, and transport services for wedding groups and cricket guests, which helps us increase overall revenue.
What trends are you witnessing in the wedding segment this season, particularly in terms of demand for premium experiences and booking timelines?
At Eros Hotel, we are seeing that families now want weddings to feel more personal. They are focusing on good decor, customised food, and smooth planning for all functions. Many people still book early for main dates, but we also get last-minute requests for small gatherings, so we try to stay flexible.
What is your outlook for the upcoming months, and what strategies are you implementing to sustain growth across key segments?
The next few months look rapidly increasing for us, with good demand of weddings and corporate events. Our focus is on giving the right packages as per client needs, requirements and maintaining good service. We are also planning our pricing carefully during busy and slow periods so that we can keep both occupancy and revenue stable.
