Whale Sharks return to Qatar’s northern waters
Every summer, Qatar’s northern waters host one of the Gulf’s most striking natural spectacles as hundreds of whale sharks gather near the Al Shaheen Marine Zone from June to September. Drawn by seasonal feeding, the gentle giants offer travellers a rare marine experience beyond Doha’s city attractions, while spotlighting Qatar’s deep connection with the sea and its rich biodiversity along the Arabian Gulf during the region’s summer travel season annually.
“I have always believed that Tour Managers are the unsung heroes of group travel. They are often the last to sleep and the first to wake, handling route changes, weather disruptions, misplaced belongings, guest concerns and countless on-ground challenges. Yet, when everything goes smoothly, they are rarely praised. For Indian travellers, especially first-time international travellers, a Tour Manager can make the difference between a dream trip and a difficult one. They are not just guides, but problem-solvers, comfort-givers and true dream enablers.”
