
Pride Hotels signs Pride Plaza Indore
Pride Hotels Limited has signed Pride Plaza Indore under a long-term lease, strengthening its owned portfolio and presence in Central India. The 141-room hotel, located at Rau on AB Bypass Road, will offer access to the Pithampur industrial corridor and Ujjain spiritual circuit. It will be Pride’s fifth Pride Plaza property, second hotel in Indore and fourth in Madhya Pradesh, with banquet halls and premium hospitality facilities.
Summit Hotels reports 40% growth in Sikkim and Darjeeling Hills
Summit Hotels & Resorts has begun FY2026-27 with nearly 40% business growth in April and May, driven by strong leisure demand across Sikkim and the Darjeeling Hills. The group sold over 37,000 room nights, achieving 78.9% occupancy, while average room rates crossed ₹6,000. With rising F&B revenues and strong guest scores, Summit is now expanding through partnerships with independent hotels, boutique resorts, heritage properties and wildlife lodges across India.
