Travel trends are evolving rapidly, with customers looking for more personalised and experiential holidays, and advisors need to continuously adapt. The Convention enables us to exchange ideas, discover new trends and build stronger partnerships. Technology and AI will also play an important role by improving productivity, helping advisors respond faster and enabling more personalised customer service.”
