Designed as a journey across the country’s most beloved street food cultures, the four-part series unfolds over consecutive Sundays —May 17th, 24th, 31st and June 7th 2026 — each celebrating a distinct region of India. From the lively streets of Old Delhi and Amritsar to the comforting flavours of Kolkata, the experience brings together authenticity, nostalgia, and refined dining in an immersive setting.
At its heart, ‘Flavours of India’ is an ode to the diversity and vibrancy of Indian street food, thoughtfully reimagined with the finesse of a luxury brunch. Guests can expect a dynamic culinary landscape where dishes are prepared fresh at live stations, aromas fill the air, and every element—from music to presentation—reflects the spirit of the region being showcased. The experience is designed to be interactive and personalised, allowing guests to engage with chefs, customise flavours, and savour each dish at their own pace.
Each Sunday unfolds a new narrative—beginning with the bold, indulgent flavours of North India, moving into the light and aromatic offerings of the South, followed by the vibrant, flavour-balanced creations of the West, and culminating in the subtle, soulful and dessert-rich traditions of the East. Complementing the experience is a thoughtfully curated selection of regionally inspired beverages that enhance the authenticity of each culinary journey.
Blending the charm of India’s bustling street-side culture with the sophistication of a five-star setting, this brunch series transcends traditional dining to become an exploration of memory, culture, and taste.
Speaking about the concept, Chef Gurneet Grover shared, “With ‘Flavours of India’, we wanted to bring the authenticity and emotional connect of Indian street food into a more elevated dining experience. Every region in India has its own story, its own flavours, and its own memories. This brunch is our way of celebrating that diversity—by staying true to traditional tastes while presenting them with the finesse and detail that guests expect in a luxury environment. It’s not just about food; it’s about reliving familiar flavours in a new, immersive way.”
With its rotating themes and immersive format, ‘Flavours of India’ presents Indian street food in a new light—one that is experiential, engaging, and encourages guests to return week after week.
‘Flavours of India’ will be hosted at NYC Restaurant on all Sundays of May. Guests are invited to reserve their tables and be part of this unique culinary journey.
