The Tivoli, New Delhi is hosting a special Onam Sandhya ‘A Feast of Tradition & Flavours’ from 16th to 31st August, bringing the authentic spirit and flavours of Kerala to the capital this festive season.
The specially curated Sandhya features an elaborate selection of traditional favourites, including Poriyal, Uruli Roast, Sambar, Rasam, Cucumber Pachadi, Vegetable Stew, Pappu Dal, Appalam, Banana Chips, Pickle, Desi Ghee, Steamed Rice, Buttermilk, Gun Powder, Medu Vada, Malabar Parotha, Elaichi Banana and Rice Payasam.
The festive experience will be available for lunch from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and dinner from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Designed as a celebration of Kerala’s rich food traditions, the Onam Sandhya brings together a vibrant spread of flavours and the warmth of a festive family feast, inviting guests to celebrate Onam over a traditional banana-leaf-inspired culinary experience.
