The two-day event, held on January 9–10, 2025, brought together leaders, innovators, and stakeholders from across the globe to discuss and shape the future of tourism.
Day 1 Highlights
The event commenced with a warm welcome and check-in procedures at 2:00 PM, followed by a sumptuous lunch. Guests immersed themselves in the vibrant culture of Rajasthan during registration and high tea at Nurture Lawn.
The inaugural ceremony at 6:30 PM featured a welcome address and a special speech by the Chief Guest, setting the tone for the event. Attendees were treated to insightful presentations by Punjab Tourism and Rajasthan Tourism, showcasing their innovative initiatives and offerings. The evening concluded with a mesmerizing cultural program by Sawai Khan & Group, accompanied by a gala dinner at the Central Lawns.
Day 2 Highlights
The second day began with a networking breakfast and a formal welcome address. A compelling keynote speech by Mr. GB Srithar, Head of Tourism Services at VFS Global, provided valuable insights into global tourism trends. The day’s agenda included impactful presentations from prominent tourism organizations, including Westin Resort & Spa Pushkar, U.S. Commercial Service, and Ras Al Khaimah Tourism.
The event spotlighted industry trailblazers, with a notable session by Mr. Himmat Anand, Founder of Tree of Life Resorts, sharing his inspiring journey and innovative vision.
Focused Business Sessions
Day 2 also featured a series of engaging business sessions, including:
– “Global Hospitality, Indian Warmth,” led by industry leaders from Marriott International and Accor International.
– “Show Me the Money,” a business session by Hemant Mendiratta, Founder & CEO of One Rep Global, highlighting innovative revenue strategies.
– A deep dive into visa processes by Ms. Anahita Avari, Head of Sales South Asia, VFS Global.
– An engaging discussion on weddings and MICE tourism, with speakers Gaurav Sekhri of Westin Resort & Spa Pushkar and Manuj Ralhan of JECC & Novotel Jaipur.
The day also explored the role of technology in growth, with Gaurav Gupta leading the “Tech Smart” session, and the importance of education in tourism, presented by Dr. Manohar Sajnani of AMITY University.
