He has previously worked in several reputable establishments, including Hilton Goa Resort, Radisson Blu Hotel and Spa Nashik, JW Marriott Juhu, and Grand Hyatt Mumbai.
With an impressive background in the hospitality industry. Ashley will oversee all culinary aspects of the hotel, including menu planning, overseeing food quality, team management, cost control, creativity, and activating collaborations.
As the Executive Chef, Ashley Nunes will work toward fostering a positive and productive work environment through effective communication, delegation, and coordination. He will also collaborate closely with other departments, such as event planning and marketing, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of culinary operations and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality food.
Chef Ashley Nunes has won multiple accolades due to his deep understanding of various cuisines and culinary techniques such as the Times Food Award for best all-day dining restaurant – Hilton Goa Resort, 2021 and a silver medal in the Mumbai Hotelier Culinary Challenge.
