The proposed 5-star property in Itanagar, signed in partnership with GD Gardens LLP, is envisioned as a premium hospitality destination under the Yashshree brand. The upcoming property will feature a grand banquet hall, expansive lawn, swimming pool, premium rooms, and modern hospitality facilities. Once operational, it is expected to serve leisure travellers, business guests, weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, and large-format celebrations in the region.
In Andhra Pradesh, the group has also strengthened its presence with the signing of Aruku Mountain View Camping Resort, a scenic mountain retreat designed to offer guests an immersive stay experience surrounded by the natural beauty of Aruku. The property adds a distinctive hill and nature-led experience to the group’s growing portfolio.
The third signing, Yashashree Coral Beach Luxury Villa Stay at Bhimili Beach, Visakhapatnam, marks the group’s entry into a premium coastal leisure experience. With its beachfront setting and villa-style hospitality, the property is expected to appeal to travellers seeking privacy, comfort, and a refined seaside getaway.
