SATTE brought together its key exhibitors, partners, and travel industry stakeholders in New Delhi to co-create a stronger, digitally-empowered 2026 edition. Building on its record-breaking 2025 showcase, which drew 2,000+ exhibitors and 40,000+ visitors, SATTE is now gearing up to host over 2,300 exhibitors and 45,000 attendees next year — reinforcing its position as South Asia’s most influential travel and tourism exhibition.
At the engagement evening hosted at Le Meridien, New Delhi, leaders from Informa Markets and Yashobhoomi-IICC came together to openly discuss learnings from the 2025 edition and outline tangible improvements for 2026. Addressing feedback on connectivity and access, both teams confirmed a series of coordinated upgrades to ensure smooth entry, faster movement across halls, and a superior digital experience. Enhanced Wi-Fi bandwidth, dedicated secured internet zones, upgraded mobile network distribution in partnership with major telecom providers, additional entry gates, separate parking zones for exhibitors and visitors, and revamped QR-based gate systems are now underway — signaling a stronger tech-enabled infrastructure.
Pallavi Mehra, Sr. Group Director, Informa Markets, emphasized that SATTE’s continuous evolution is powered by industry collaboration and proactive planning. Representatives from Yashobhoomi echoed this sentiment, noting that unprecedented visitor footfall in 2025 offered critical learnings that have already been absorbed into operational plans for 2026.
