With 17 years of rich experience in the hospitality industry, Ravindra brings extensive expertise in wedding sales, MICE, catering sales, business development, revenue generation, and strategic client relationship management. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong track record of driving business growth, developing key market relationships, and successfully managing large-scale weddings, social events, and corporate business.
In his previous role at Heiwa Heaven Resort, Ravindra served as General Manager, where he managed resort operations and led business across weddings, corporate, and social segments, with a strong focus on business development, revenue generation, and guest experience.
Bringing a wealth of industry experience, Ravindra is recognised for his result-oriented approach and strong market knowledge, with expertise in wedding sales, MICE, revenue generation, business development, and client relationship management.
Sharing his thoughts on the new role, Ravindra said, “I am excited to join Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre & JECC – Managed by Accor and look forward to contributing towards the continued growth of the property through strong relationships, new business opportunities, and meaningful results.”
In his new role, Ravindra will focus on driving strategic sales initiatives, strengthening the wedding, MICE and corporate segments, developing key partnerships, and contributing to the overall business growth of the property.
