Crowne Plaza Today Gurugram announced its much-anticipated food festival at Café G: Rangeelo Rajasthan. This vibrant celebration of Rajasthani cuisine is set to transport guests to the heart of Rajasthan with authentic and royal flavors, expertly crafted by Chef Sachin Rathore from Jaipur.
Chef Sachin Rathore, celebrated for his expertise in traditional Rajasthani cuisine, will showcase a selection of his most cherished dishes, including the fiery Laal Maans, Daal Baati, Junglee Maas, rich Jodhpuri Gatta Curry, and the decadent Ghewar, among others. Joining him is our Executive Chef Sandeep Saini, who has collaborated with Chef Rathore to curate a menu that truly reflects the rich culinary heritage of Rajasthan, bringing the regal taste of the desert state to Gurugram.
