The partnership agreement was signed on August 29, 2024 under which VFS Global will launch a targeted marketing campaign in major Indian cities, aiming to position Bintan as a prime travel destination.

Expected to feature 106 keys, the hotel will be part of a mixed-use development project, encompassing a well-distributed retail space and a multiplex cinema. the hotel is anticipated to open in January 2027.
