Running from July 1 to 21, 2026, the festival offers guests an immersive dining experience inspired by the cuisines of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, and Tripura.
Curated by Executive Chef Kush Koli, the menu highlights traditional ingredients such as fermented bamboo shoot, axone, black sesame, and bhoot jolokia, bringing the region’s distinctive culinary heritage to Delhi NCR. The experience is complemented by a specially crafted beverage menu featuring signature cocktails and non-alcoholic creations inspired by the Northeast.
Speaking about the festival, Chef Kush Koli said the menu aims to present the region’s authentic flavours without reinterpretation, staying true to its culinary traditions. Ashish Saxena, General Manager, Radisson Hotel Delhi MG Road, added that the festival reflects the hotel’s commitment to preserving regional heritage while offering guests a unique gastronomic experience.

The festival is available daily from 7:00 PM to 11:30 PM and is priced at INR 3,599 plus taxes for the non-alcoholic experience and INR 4,599 plus taxes with alcoholic beverages.
