A brainchild of the alumni of the Oberoi School of Hotel Management (OSHM), now known as The Oberoi Centre for Learning & Development (OCLD), GHC has evolved into a leading platform for discourse, knowledge-sharing, and thought leadership within the hospitality and allied industries. The event brought together former and current executives of The Oberoi Group, alongside industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and global professionals.

A highlight of the event was the Rai Bahadur M.S. Oberoi Memorial Lecture, delivered by Dr. Ashwani Kumar, former Minister of Law and Justice. The event also featured an engaging conversation between author Bachi Karkaria and Rajiv Kaul on Oberoi’s inspirational life journey.
Sessions during the conclave explored India’s geopolitical strategies, entrepreneurship in hospitality, and innovations in luxury leisure, with speakers including Arun Singh, Indrani Bagchi, Viraj Bahl, Anant Apurv Kumar, Jose T Ramapuram, Manvendra Singh Shekhawat, and others.
A special segment titled The Wider Spectrum, moderated by Shyam Mohan, showcased Oberoi alumni who have made their mark beyond the hospitality sector—featuring names like Ajay Vij (Accenture India), Joe Manavalan (Licious), and Sharad Puri.
