The Enterprising Travel Agents Association (ETAA) hosted the 2nd edition of its flagship event –‘Business Partners Meet 2025’, on July 11, 2025, in Mumbai. The event brought together over 100+ B2C travel agents and 27 exhibitors from across the travel industry, making it a powerful networking and knowledge-sharing platform.

The ‘ETAA Business Partners Meet 2025’ witnessed diverse participation from industry leaders. The exhibitors represented a mix of Domestic and International DMCs, Forex providers, travel insurance companies, and global tourism boards, including Satte, ITB India, Tourism Malaysia, Ras Al Khaimah Tourism, VFS Global, Asego Travel Insurance and others Lucky draws were announced every hour with exciting prizes for winners.
Dharmesh Advani, National Director & Board Member, shared, “This year, the response has been even more enthusiastic—all tables were sold out within two weeks. The event will feature engaging and informative presentations by Global Destinations, along with participation from leading DMCs, Malaysian tourism board, Airlines, and VFS. Our official insurance partner, Asego, is also present to guide attendees on comprehensive travel insurance solutions.”
Dipti Pradhan Thakoor – National Director, Board Member & Event Head said, “Last year’s inaugural edition witnessed 25+ B2B partners investing in tables, with over 100 agents in attendance. The tables for this year’s edition were sold out within a couple of weeks, with majorly new exhibitors on board. Our goal is to introduce diverse industry partners and offer our members broader opportunities”.
Present at the event were Jagat Mehta – National Director & Board Member, Abhijit Khadilkar – National Director, Board Member & Membership Head along with other ETAA members. This year, for the first time, ETAA Mumbai arranged a coach for travel agents from Pune, resulting in the active participation of over fifteen ETAA Pune members.
Pranav Kapadia, Founder & Director, Global Destinations India along with his team, attended the event.A destination presentation on Zimbabwe was delivered by Ms. Sophia Hope T. Chimba, Minister Counselor – Tourism, Embassy of the Republic of Zimbabwe, New Delhi. He said, “The buyer-seller meet provides an opportunity not only to promote our products but also serves as a platform to network with the travel trade fraternity”.
