Chef Luisa pursued her passion for cooking by studying gastronomy at the school of the renowned Peruvian Chef Gastón AcurioPachacutec for 3 years. For her outstanding performance, she was awarded an internship scholarship in Milan, Italy, at the Michelin-starred restaurant Devero. After traveling and working in award-winning kitchens around the world – including La Rah in Peru, Tora Tora in Doha, a Latin-American restaurant in the Sheraton, Chile, and Tapaske in Montenegro – Chef Luisa led the opening of ISSEI which has now become a must-visit-destination-in Dubai.
