In his expanded role, Vikas will lead the operations strategy for Whiteflower’s growing portfolio, which includes Whiteflower Jim Corbett, Whiteflower Mussoorie, Bulaakh by Whiteflower Mussoorie, and Whiteflower Dehradun, along with upcoming properties in Haridwar, Nainital, and Rishikesh. His mandate will also encompass strategic planning, team leadership, quality benchmarks, and ensuring brand consistency across all guest touchpoints.
Before joining Whiteflower, Vikas built an extensive career spanning over 15 years with leading brands such as Taj Hotels, IHG, Smaaash, Radisson Blu, and Alila. His experience spans luxury hospitality, experiential destinations, and large-format operations, bringing strong operational depth and a guest-centric approach to the brand’s growth strategy.
