Previously, Acharyay served as Hotel Manager for Lemon Tree Hotels, Lemon Tree Hotels is an Indian hotel chain, responsible for overseeing all Hotel Operations and day-to-day activities of the Hotel, from accounting, sales, business development, customer service, providing strategic direction to team to achieve the goals, Staff engagement, wellbeing of staff.

Acharyay is a native of Meghalaya, Khanapara and a 2011graduate of SRM University, Under NCHMCT in Chennai, Tamil Nadu where he/ received his Bsc .in Hospitality and Hotel Administration degree in Accommodation Operation.
