John Mathulla Appointed as Hotel Manager
John Mathulla has been promoted to the role of Hotel Manager at Crowne Plaza Kochi. With over 16 years of industry experience, John began his journey at the hotel as Director of Operations. His impressive career includes stints at prestigious brands like ITC Gardenia Bangalore, Holiday Inn Chennai, and Crowne Plaza Kochi. Most recently, he served as Unit Head at ITC Hotels & Resorts, Dharamshala.
Speaking on the appointment, Dinesh Rai, General Manager, Crowne Plaza Kochi, said, “John’s deep understanding of hotel operations and his strong focus on quality make him a valuable addition to our leadership team.”
John’s proven leadership, operational expertise, and familiarity with the brand are expected to further enhance the hotel’s performance and guest satisfaction.
Pranav Nair Elevated to Director – Food & Beverage
In another strategic move, Pranav Nair has been promoted to Director – Food & Beverage. Starting his career as a Hotel Operational Trainee in 2009, Pranav has successfully managed various food and beverage outlets, combining operational excellence with a guest-centric approach.
“Pranav’s passion for service and his operational acumen make him a perfect fit to lead our F&B department to new heights,” added Dinesh Rai.
