Vietnam Airlines launches Hyderabad–Hanoi non-stop flights
Vietnam Airlines has launched a direct flight from Hyderabad to Hanoi, starting 7th May 2025. Operating three times a week Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday the new route strengthens its presence in South India, adding to its existing services from Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru. A grand welcome ceremony was held at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad, to celebrate the inaugural flight, symbolizing growing ties and connectivity between India and Vietnam.
IndiGo expands wide-Body fleet with 2 more boeing 787-9s
IndiGo has signed a new agreement with Norse Atlantic Airways for the damp lease of two additional Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners. These aircraft—the fifth and sixth in their partnership—are expected to begin operations by early 2026, supporting long-haul routes from India. This move builds on IndiGo’s earlier leases of four Boeing 787-9 aircraft, reflecting its commitment to expanding global reach and offering enhanced travel options for international flyers.
Sayaji Hotels launches effotel in Navi Mumbai’s Taloja MIDC
Sayaji Hotels has opened its new property, Effotel by Sayaji, in Navi Mumbai’s Taloja MIDC area. Designed for both business and leisure guests, the hotel features 58 rooms across Deluxe, Premium Deluxe, and Suite categories. It also boasts two dining outlets: The Cube, a multi-cuisine restaurant, and Good Old Days, a lounge for light bites and drinks. This launch marks Sayaji’s expansion into a key industrial and business zone of Maharashtra.
