As Rooms Manager, Nirupama Khundongbom will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel’s front office operations. She will be leading the team to ensure that every guest who walks through the door is warmly welcomed and provided with excellent service throughout their stay. Her focus on providing top-notch guest service will help the hotel elevate the guest experience to new heights.
Nirupama Khundongbom’s last stint was with IHG Hotels & Resorts at Crowne Plaza Pune City Centre as Front Office Manager, where she looked over the front office operations and guest experience. During her tenure at the hotel, she was instrumental in ensuring that every guest had a memorable experience. Her past experience with the company makes her return to IHG after three years.
