#First Opinion
“India today does not have a brand. We have been absent from the market for so long that while we are recognised as a country, we lack a distinct tourism identity. For me, this is an opportunity—we cannot keep relying on an old brand forever; even global giants like Pepsi, Coke, or Sony evolve. The Incredible India brand must now speak to the under-30s, like Turkey, Thailand, or Saudi Arabia are doing, with fresh, modern, and compelling communication. It’s time we reimagine India’s story for the world and position ourselves as a competitive, contemporary destination that appeals to global travellers’ changing aspirations.”
