“Traditionally, the B2B travel industry lacked structured education platforms for travel partners and agents. TBO Academy’s team saw this gap and turned it into an opportunity. By partnering with Tourism Boards, global hotel chains, cruise lines, and other key stakeholders, TBO Academy built a mutually beneficial ecosystem—one where travel agents gained valuable knowledge and certifications, while industry partners gained a direct channel to educate and engage with the very people selling their destinations and services.”
