Kerala Tourism, Malaysia Airlines forge strategic partnership
Malaysia Airlines, in collaboration with Kerala Tourism, recently launched a major initiative to explore the vast East Asian markets as part of the ‘Look East’ campaign. The effort includes a specially curated familiarisation (FAM) trip for tour operators and social media influencers from eight countries, alongside a dedicated B2B meet to foster strategic tourism partnerships. Tourism Minister Shri P A Mohamed Riyas termed the initiative as a strategic step that would ramp up footfall of tourists to Kerala.
IndiGo announces direct flight to Fujairah
Fujairah, IndiGo’s 41st international destination on its network, further solidifies its presence in the Middle East. The new daily flights from Mumbai and Kannur to Fujairah, with dedicated bus services to & from Dubai and Sharjah, complementing existing routes to Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, and Ras Al Khaimah, will unlock new travel options for tourism and trade, catering to both leisure and business travellers.
