The Annual General meeting passed the confirmation of Minutes of the Annual General meeting held on 20th January 2021.
The Annual General meeting passed the accounts for financial year 2020-21 presented by ATOAI Honorary Treasurer Mr. Pradeep Murthy.
The Annual General Meeting passed the appointment of SRBP & Associates, Mr. Sagar Regmi as the auditor for the Financial Year 2021-22
The Annual General Meeting concluded with a vote of thanks by Executive Committee Member, Mr. Ajeet Bajaj to the ATOAI Executive Committee, ATOAI Secretariate, ATOAI Members, the Ministry of Tourism, the State Governments and the Indian Mountaineering foundation for all the support and cooperation.
After a long haul due to Pandemic, ATOAI organised its much-anticipated Annual Members Meet for members to get together, network and have a gala time followed by cocktail dinner. A presentation was made by ATOAI Member, Skyview by Empyrean, Patnitop, Jammu & Kashmir.
