The Association of Domestic Tour Operators of India (ADTOI) celebrated 29 glorious years of its journey, combining the milestone with a spirited Independence Day celebration at The Lalit, New Delhi. The evening beautifully blended the themes of travel, heritage, and patriotism, creating a vibrant atmosphere for industry members and guests.
The celebration was graced by Ldr. Rana T.S. Chhina, MBE (Retd), and Mr. Ashwani Lohani, former CMD of Air India and former Chairman & MD of Indian Railways, as Chief Guests. Their presence added prestige to an already memorable evening.
A key highlight of the event was the presentation of the prestigious AKR Award, honouring exceptional contributions to the tourism sector. The award ceremony served as a reminder of ADTOI’s enduring commitment to recognising excellence and inspiring the domestic travel fraternity.
The event reinforced ADTOI’s role as a unifying force in the tourism industry, driving growth while celebrating India’s rich cultural heritage. The evening concluded with camaraderie, networking, and a shared vision for the continued progress of domestic tourism in India.
