Since then, she has held key HR roles across several Marriott brands, including Sheraton, JW Marriott, Westin, Le Méridien and Marriott Executive Apartments.
She has also played a key role in multiple hotel pre-openings, most recently serving with Marriott Executive Apartments Bengaluru, UB City. Her areas of expertise include talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement and performance management.
Welcoming her to the leadership team, Suman Gahlawat, General Manager, Le Méridien Gurgaon, said that Divya’s experience and focus on nurturing talent would support the hotel’s continued investment in its people and culture.
